RULES AND GUIDE OF THE HACIENDA

Legal.
- Hacienda Los Olivos. Tourism Registration CR/MA2410. 📜 We have a complaints book. 😠

Access.
- Insert “Hacienda Los Olivos Álora” in Google Maps. You will arrive directly without surprises or strange paths. Arrival at the Hacienda is made by paved road in a very good condition 🛣️. Upon arrival cross the black iron gate 🚪. Follow the path to the end, turn right, and turn right again through a black gate. Go straight ahead and past the pool there is a huge space to comfortably park up to 9 vehicles 🅿️ .

First aid kit.
- There is one behind the door through which the House is accessed from the porch and that precedes the kitchen door.🤕

Children safety.
- Kids 👧🏻👦🏼 are more than welcome. You must take into consideration that there are areas with stairs, steep height differences and the pool area does not have a security gate ⚠️.

Air conditioning of the Villa.
- The House has good ventilation and plenty of natural light. All the rooms have A/C (hot/cold) and there is a 13,000 BTU central A/C on the first floor for the common areas. We have a fireplace in the living room (with firewood included) and 5 heaters that can be used in common areas and bathrooms. We very much appreciate that these electronic devices are OFF when they are not needed.

Kitchen.
- 40m2. It has cutlery and glasses for 20 guests. There are wine glasses, tube glasses and tanks for beer. 3 refrigerators, 2 toasters, blender, Italian coffee maker and Dolce Gusto capsules. There are pots and pans. A 60 cm "paella" pan. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Oven. Household items for house cleaning.

Induction plaque.
- The kitchen has an induction hob, meaning that the hobs are only activated in contact with the pots and pans 🍳. In case one of the pots or pans doesn´t work, place the round metal spatula on the hob, and place the pot on the spatula.

Guidelines for smokers.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited 🚭 inside the House (including electronic cigarettes). In the outdoor area you can smoke always using the sand containers to throw the butts.

Parking.
- Vehicles 🚗 can be parked around the entire Villa, however it is more comfortable to park them in front of the main wooden door to avoid the stairs. There is room for 9 cars.

Noises.
- The Hacienda has only one neighbor 150 meters away. Reasonable noises 🎵 (especially outdoors) are acceptable.

Pets.
- Up to 2 are welcome 🐶😺 with no weight limit, being properly educated. Included in the rate.

Keys of the house.
- 🔑 I will give them to you personally or, as an alternative, you can find them at the barbecue. In case you lose the keys you will be charged a penalty fee of €50. I'll give you a remote for the gate. The top button opens and closes the gate.

Food and eating.
- You have a Mercadona 11 minutes away 🛒.
- La Gavia store. 4 minutes away. Traditional village mini market. Open from Monday to Sunday from 09:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m.

Internet and Wi-Fi.
- Ground floor. TP-Link_6620. Password: 61955240🌐.
- First floor. TP-Link_331C. Password: 81643103
- In the event that you lose the signal, please check that the 2 routers and the internet switchboard that is in one of the upper rooms are all connected to the sockets. In case they are well connected but internet does not run even so, unplug them all for 10 seconds and plug them back in (remember to plug the wires back in the same position they were before)

Television.
- It has a Chromecast 📺 device. Duly synchronized with the Google Home application (Android or iOS), the TV will run as a Smart TV, being able to project mobile content on the TV and watch YouTube.

Parties.
- They are allowed, always respecting the previously contracted capacity and agreeing on a deposit depending on the number of guests.

Pool maintenance.
- For stays of more than 3 nights, Juan will come by to proceed with its maintenance. Whenever possible in the earliest hours of the morning. If you have any restrictions in this regard, please let me know in advance 🏊🏻‍♀️.

Check in & check out.
- 📥 In. From 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- 📤 Out. Until 11:30 a.m.

House cleaning.
- We strongly ask you to deposit the garbage in the container 🚮 that exists at the entrance of the Hacienda. Do not leave garbage outside the House to avoid attracting foxes, wild boars and genets 🐗. When you leave the House you must please leave the kitchen clean. The House must be delivered collected and with the largest dirt removed. We also request that objects and belongings of the House not be moved, and if necessary, please return everything to its original state. Before leaving, please check you take all your personal belongings with you. 🕵🏻‍♀️.

Unforeseen events.
- Any unforeseen event that arises, such as breakdown, deficiencies, or simply something that you don´t like, please let me know immediately. I live 4km from the Hacienda and I (or someone from my team) will attend you very quickly⚡️.
